Please Note, Cheers 2 U Does Not Provide/ Sell Any Alcohol for Any Events, Due to Texas Law. All Cheers 2 U Staff is TABC Certified to Handle & Serve Alcohol. We will Build You a Customized Shopping List, Place Your Order, Pick-Up & Deliver Your Alcohol to your Wedding Venue & Pack-Up All Remaining Alcohol at the End of Your Reception. You Will Be Billed Separately for Your Alcohol, Directly From the Liquor Company.

for up to 100 Guests

Includes:

~(2) Bartenders for up to 100 Guests

~ Beverage Service of Beer, Wine, Basic Cocktails & Up to 2 Signature Craft Cocktails & Non-Alcoholic Beverages

~ All Alcohol to be provided by the customer (see note above). We will provide you with a custom shopping list based on your beverage requests, place your order & pick-up & deliver to the venue. You will receive a separate direct bill for all alcohol in your name & all alcohol belongs to you.

~ Phone Consultation & Walk-Thru @ your Wedding Venue prior to your wedding date

~ (1) Hour of Set-Up Time, (1) Hour of Clean-Up Time, Cocktail Hour (see below), & Up to (4) Hours of Beverage Service During Reception, to Include Bubbly Toast (bubbly alcohol provided by customer), for a Total of (7) Hours of Cheers 2 U Bartending Staff

~ Cocktail Hour (typically held after the ceremony but can also be done before the ceremony if the ceremony & reception are at the same location)

~ Mixers, Fresh Fruit/ Garnishes, Non-Alcoholic Beverages, all based on your custom beverage menu

~ Premium Disposable Items: Cups, Napkins, Straws, etc.

~ Ice, Ice Chest(s), Bar Tools & any other necessary bar tables, linens & equipment

~ Custom Printed & Framed Bar/ Beverage Menu (to match your invitation/ colors, etc.), Light Decor to compliment your wedding decor & colors
