We take care of you, your guests & help make all the magic happen so the only fingers you'll be lifting will be to toast to your future!

Please Note, Cheers 2 U does Not Sell Alcohol, as we are a Mobile Service and it is illegal in the State of Texas Law. We will Build You a Custom Shopping List for your Alcohol, Place Your Order, Pick-Up & Deliver to your venue & Pack-Up any Remaining Alcohol at the End of Your Reception. You Will Be Billed Separately for Your Alcohol, Directly by the Alcohol Vendor.

for up to 100 Guests

Includes:

~(2) Bartenders & 1 Barback for up to 100 Guests

~ Beverage Service of Beer, Wine, Basic Cocktails, 2 Signature Craft Cocktails & Non-Alcoholic Beverages

~ All Alcohol to be provided by the customer (see note above). We will provide you with a custom shopping list based on your beverage requests, place your order & pick-up & deliver to the venue. You will receive a separate direct bill for all alcohol in your name & all alcohol belongs to you.

~ Phone Consultation & Walk-Thru @ your Wedding Venue prior to your wedding date

~ (2) Hours of Set-Up Time, (1) Hour of Clean-Up Time, Cocktail Hour (see below), & Up to (4) Hours of Beverage Service During Reception, to Include Bubbly Toast (bubbly alcohol provided by customer), for a Total of (8) Hours of Cheers 2 U Staff

~ Cocktail Hour (typically held after the ceremony but can also be done before the ceremony if the ceremony & reception are at the same location)

~ Premium Brand & Fresh Mixers & Juices, Fresh Fruit/ Garnishes, Non-Alcoholic Beverages, all based on your custom beverage menu (this does not include bottled water for all guests' consumption)

~ Premium Disposable Items: 9-ounce Clear Plastic Cups, Black Paper Beverage Napkins (or color of your choice, Black Plastic Cocktail Straws). If you have a special request for specific specialty cups/ drinkware, please let us know.

~ Professional Bar Tools, Equipment, Supplies to include bar tables, black linens & ice chests. We do not include Ice but can assist you with an Ice Delivery Vendor.

~ Custom Printed & Framed Bar/ Beverage Menu (to match your invitation/ colors, etc.), Light Decor to compliment your wedding decor & colors
